Tverra grew out of consulting practice: year after year, the same finding behind failed hires — not weak people, but roles designed to fail.
Every engagement started the same way: reading a job description, a KPI sheet and a contract side by side, and finding the contradictions — bonuses tied to numbers nobody controls, responsibility without authority, expectations that cancel each other out.
That diagnostic worked, but it didn't scale — it lived in one consultant's head. So we turned it into software: a rules-based engine that reads the role documents and returns a score, a risk level and the expected loss in dollars.

The same root cause kept surfacing behind failed hires: broken role design. Tverra is that diagnostic, turned into a product.
